    Awesome - jerk is one of my favorite styles. Marinate it all day in the jerk sauce of your choice, then I use Alton Brown's method of cooking the chicken ..

    Grill for 4 minutes - turn the skewer a 1/4 turn - repeat 3 more times for a total of 16 minutes. Chicken comes out perfect every time. Cheers!!!

    I am now enjoying a Goldfinger Brewing Vienna lager and watching the 1st stage time trial of the tour of Spain. This is a nice crisp (at fridge temp) refreshing lager that's a nice change from IPAville. Special thanks to @GrumpyGas for sending it and @DoctorZombies for providing transportation to FL.
