I am in Cleveland Heights for the Between the Buried and me show. We went to a pub we found on Google maps. There isn't much up here open on a Monday. I got a dortmunder to start.

6 Bears and a Goat Siberian Surrender Russian imperial stout

 

Labatt Blue

 

Woodgrain 2020 Yuge Bourbon/Maple Barrel Imperial Porter, 12.9% ABV. World-class from a local brewery that's quite into BBA, partnering with local liquor stores that provide the barrels, sometimes to local maple syrup producers first.

 

Conway Irish ale. We ordered pizza from down the road.

Sloop (NO) Tan Line

From pint can marked CANNED ON 05/03/21 BATCH 1187

Pours into my tulip a fully opaque pineapple shade with a big dense cream colored head. Fluffy lace.

Scent is tropical fruits, pineapple and grapefruit. Hint of pine

Taste is muddled tropical fruits, white peaches, stone fruits. Hints of citrus (lime, tangerine, white grapefruit). Canteloupe.
No bitterness. Tart and on the dry side.

Mouth is soft and creamy medium.

Very refreshing NEIPA. Nice range of fruity hop notes. Little to no bitterness.

Enjoying a Hoponius Union and the low humidity breeze.

 

Freakin' delicious CLEAR session IPA from Exhibit A in my old hometown. Masshole4Life.

Sitting in the Beer Garden with my wife and splitting a bottle of local lovin' while enjoying the fresh Eastern PA air before rain sets in for the rest of the week. Hey, we need it, 'been way to dry here the past month.
