You're much nicer than me. These entitled secondary market bros can go fuck themselves. All of them. Plain and simple.

Haha. Yeah, I have a couple friends in this circle so I view it like politics, "agree to disagree". If I were Riverlands or any brewery, I would hate this. Someone buys my beer for 2-3x retail price and they don't like it..do you think they'll say "well, that was a let down but I'll definitely try their taproom one day after getting gouged on a bottle". Hell no. But I bet if they paid $25 they'll say "that was decent. I'll stop in and see what the rest of their stuff is like".

I think beer bros should have to work in a taproom to see how annoying they really are (ordering 8 five ounce pours, picking up bottles for a dozen people).

I agree. Pretty sure most of us would rather share our hard-to get/super-limited beers with good dudes than trying for #MaxProfitz.
However, there wouldn't be sellers if there weren't any buyers - so if they want to scoop up the limited beers and try to make $$, that's on them to be like that. Just don't pretend you're part of this "hobby" and don't pretend you're supporting your local brewery.

Or act as if you've had some sort of grave injustice bestowed upon you if a business exercises their right to say piss off.

OMG, where have you been all my life, Kayak Pils? I'm probably jumping on this bandwagon a bit late, but I am seriously enjoying this beer!

Hornet’s Bite is just awesome. I wouldn’t steer you wrong so just grab it. Nelson and Mosaic singing in perfect harmony in an American pale ale with bitterness on the finish

It's a wonder, but also wonderful, that Riverlands' barrel releases don't garner much attention and are readily available for myself to enjoy.

Had a draft pour of BA Orbital Velocity and it’s just fire! Lots of chocolate and dialed in barrel with a light peanut butter finish. In the hierarchy of adjuncted barrel aged Riverlands stouts I would say BA orbital velocity take #1, then BA secret burrito, & lastly BA Komoho.

I would be thrilled if it beats out BA Komoho! I am looking forward to grabbing my bottles. My order:

    BA Komoho
    BA Secret Burrito
    BA First Catch
    BA Campfire

I've really enjoyed the couple of Riverlands IPAs I've had. But it's not worth the plane ticket it would take to get me out to St. Charles for a beer. I do wish they were closer to the city though.

Glad to hear the peanut butter was light. Cuppa PB from Maplewood was a bit overboard to me

moonlight reflection is absolutely worth picking up. one of the best non-ba stouts they've put out in my opinion.

i have to imagine they tucked some away in barrels :sunglasses:

Glad you enjoyed it! We certainly did put some away. We're putting a huge emphasis on growing our barrel program this winter, including some fun collabs coming up.

Any chance that gravity void is slumbering in barrels? I sure hope so! Opened a bomber of gravity void a few weeks ago and it was crazy good!
