Got an hour to kill on the clock while work truck gets tires changed...was a mission to find anliqour store here in this city cut i found one.
Checked the canning date after first sips cuz this tasted fresh as hell. Havent had a Stone IPA in about 3 years

Going to be a day of enjoying the assortment of beers my old friend brought down from his state of North Carolina. Looking forward to this.

A brown ale from Damsel Brewpub

I've only reviewed four beers from this local brewpub, but the last two are much better than the two from a couple years ago.

Paulaner Oktoberfest Marzen excellent brew. This is my 3rd Oktoberfest this year. The other 2 were from Sierra Nevada and Lakefront Brewing. Those 2 very good. This one is better,

 

Komes Baltic Porter. Very nice

Got back in ohio last night. I got my 200 admin fee and will move in labor day weekend. I got the townhouse I always wanted. Also has a back porch for grilling.


I am in Wadsworth having a poet by new Holland. I love this beer. They have a great taplist too.


Bonus hibachi and curry from yesterday. We tried to go to the pho place but it was lunch rush.

Hi wire pink lemonade session sour. Great stuff. Medium lacto lemon sourness. Some raspberry and skin/seed flavors. Light wheat body and crisp/refreshing finish. No puckering. Good lacto funk. 4

More localish swill. Swiftwater Brewing (Rochester N.Y.) It's Always Dankest Before the Dawn WCIPA. The name is a mouthful but a decent malty brew. Cheers!
