What Beer Are You Drinking Now? #3248

Missed the cutoff for last night so here is what I've been working on:

 

I have been busting my butt all week long and not starting until 6pm or later, but not on Saturday and Sunday. A coffee pumpkin latte to start this cool morning.

20 years ago I was on the 4th hole when someone told us about the first plane and found out about the second plane on the 12th. I was an assistant golf pro at Laconia Country Club at the time. No girl in my life, drinking Sam Adam’s, smoking a ton of gonja, and the world changed for ever. Today I am in the medical field, married for almost 14 years with a 12 year old boy and 2 girls almost 11 and 9. Never forget how that day brought out the best in this country, because of the worst. Sadly it didn’t last and now look at us. Cheers all and this is now my favorite variant this this classic.

 

Up early. Busy day today. @MattyG85, the new Hypocrisy song is incredible, and the new album artwork is their best ever! You missed the single that was released yesterday from the upcoming official live Suffocation album. The sound quality is perfectly brutal!

 

Time for some local juice as I try and decide if I want to start the mower this early.

Bottled 6/8/21. Poured at 59.1°. I’ve got to get my brother and his wife from the St. Pete marina this morning. They just completed a week at sea on the sailboat. Then I take them to the Tampa airport…busy busy…Cheers and have a great day y’all!

Day off today so I slept in until 0730. Laundry done and short bike ride with hill repeats. Beer run complete that a pic of will hit the "Beer Haul" thread shortly. Wooden Robot Brewing Overachiever, pretty solid.

Only 8.5 miles but 6 hill climbs at 7%, hoping for a flatter, longer ride tomorrow.

 

A tasty Kolsch in a giant no-so-Kolsch glass. No problem! Happy Saturday BA's!

Lol! Funny thing is my local German restaurant and they should know better. But I'm not complaining to management!

 

I wouldn’t either, but if you get a few more free ounces for free, it could be worth it!

Nice place, sharing these new to us Lawson’s Finest IPAs:


Double and Triple Sunshine, Hopzilla, and Kiwi

Triple is a little on the sweet side, leaving Double Sunshine as the winner betwixt those for both the GF and I. I think I like Kiwi a little more than Hopzilla (@meefmoff), though the GF says the opposite. These are all still quite cold, though, so maybe something will open up as we sip (no pun intended).

Edit: looks like the GF might’ve been right about Hopzilla - it’s already growing on me.
