So, could we have some of our beer sent to DC and some to OC from our cellar? Or is that not possible?

Just opened a Satisifies and it’s totally bad. Over carbonated, smelled and tasted like vinegar. Bummer, was looking forward to that one.

Last year “Join for $695 and get over $850 value in included beer”

This year “Two 750mL bottles included each month, for a total of 24 bottles included - worth a minimum of $725 (based on your preference)”

cant see that big of a swing between the three options.

It's pretty close. Sours are like $28 max, BT/Monster variants are $43. There's 5 listed so that's $75. Maybe 2-3 of the other stouts get priced at $43 too.

I will say that I am pretty fucking pumped for 2022 Hoarders. The lineup sounds amazing. Insta-max on Rye Whiskey BT.

That’s a bummer. Both of mine were pretty delicious. I did open the second one last weekend because of rumblings about infections.

Mine was tasty too, and I've got a hair trigger for infection. I'm sure Society will make it right if you email them.

Well I’ve got a chew on this in the fridge tomorrow, so fingers crossed it’s not bad.

anyone else not get their hoarders email yet?

Ditto. Excited to see more BT barrel variants rather than just adjunct variants.

Was bummed when I realized the braggot variant had banana... But excited to see there's another with cherry vanilla. Sounds great! Cherry co-ferment and new Birne also exactly what I want to offset all the stouts... And very excited for Firestone colab!

I wasn't too enthralled with the initial email but am definitely excited with the full list now released!

Mixed thoughts on the full list. There are a couple I’m excited about but a lot I’m nervous will end up being pastry stouts.

I'm debating passing on Hoarders this year, the first 3 months look great and I definitely need some of the Braggot in my life but the rest of the 9 months of bottles get a solid meh from me especially since the past few months have had some killer releases (besides the failure of Chew on this). We'll see....

Just had my Chew on This, after having really enjoyed the first release.

It poured with a lot of fizzy carbonation, and did not have the sweet/pie character of the original version. Would not characterize my bottle as sour, but maybe leaning tart and not up to standards of the original.

Yeah, I just opened my bottle of Satisfies and there's something wrong. Sour and not good. Untappd reviews indicate that quite a few people got bad bottles.

    Good to know!

I want to hold an “I got Tenure/Coming Out” party sometime soon, and I want to open my full vertical when it happens!
