If you're visiting Fox Farm this weekend make sure to stop by Salem Valley Farms Ice Cream and try the Basil flavor. They only have it a few times a year and it's awesome. Probably about a 3 minute drive from FF.

That ice cream place is really good. Last time I went it was cash only

If going tomorrow (closed Sunday, as if that matters this w/e with weather) hit up 2 Brothers Pizza. Way more than a pizzeria with dedicated tap lines.

They're just a class act. Very accommodating and friendly. I was scheduled for a pick-up today and they gave me a courtesy call yesterday to let me know they were closing due to the impending weather and that I could come or they'd hold until I could make it. We closed the brewery down yesterday (6:15p) and they were very kind while we finished our drinks as they were battening down the hatches and Dave thanked me for my business.

Been thinking the same thing! After reading that in the article I've been putting off making a trip until they put it out.

hmmm…. Maybe some cases can come to Salem? $25 UPS direct is steep.

Might be harsh but why would Fox Farm want to collaborate with Trillium?

Fox Farm’s beer and approach in general is just so much different, and better, at least to me. Taproom experience, range of styles done well, consistency, etc. I could go on but maybe I just love Fox Farm too much.

Only available at Trillium locations per a reply to the same question in the IG comments and the ups direct you mentioned.

Maybe the owners like each other? Just because you hate Trillium doesn’t mean everyone else has to.

Seems like a good way for Fox Farm to get more on people's radar TBH.

True, but that isnt good for all of us that LOVE being able to pick up their beers with little to no line to wait in, no drama for ordering in one day before beers sell out, and generally enjoying the ability to get high quality beers with no stress!

I don't think that's gonna change from one collab on a new england pale lager...Trillium fans already know FF exists. You can still easily order your beer online and pick it up whenever. And maybe FF gets some more $$$ to make even more great beer from this.

I agree and Zack said their reservation system is going to stay for a while if not forever. It keeps the crowds at bay. It's also important to note the brewery is on the property where he lives. I'd guess they're going to do everything to keep that traffic down.

I totally wouldn't want Fox Farm to lose what makes it great, but it's also a business.
