Veil just released their version of extra extra shipper shipper

 

Untappd has a bubble wrap 2021! Looking like 4 different ways this time!

the way the bubble wraps worked last time, everyone had a regular that was similar, but the adjuncted ones were different by brewery (ww had oreo, veil caramel truffle and oh had one with hella crap) I take it this year is the same, interested to see what shared’s version will have! They have had a bunch of coconut in their stories

 

Time to see if this will be the first IP only release in ~18 months

 

so, i did not pick up on the WW logo the first time viewing that story and still not sure i see the veil logo so was hoping it was BA Brooklyn Vibes… isn’t that supposed to be a thing?

nice eyes! i recall WW Oreo marshmallow bubble wrap being solid.

with all the coconut in their stories, i’d happily “settle” for BA CV

 

After all the on-site bottles and sunday packs to go, you really think they will alienate their new proxy customers like that? Doubtful

 

Cory said in an ig post (or maybe an email) that they might be able to have an IP release in the future so who knows.

check the post from 5 days ago with the picture with text on the pic about the brewery re-opening. it’s a longwinded post but it’s toward the bottom. 2nd to last paragraph.

 

Only new ones I can find so far on untappd are the regular BA versions for The Veil and Other Half, The Veils adjunct version previously listed and it looks like the OH adjunct version is toasted hazelnuts, vanilla and cacao nibs. No sign of the WW versions yet.

The OH non-adjunct is the only one that expands on details for the beer and reads as follows:

"12-37 month blend of barrels with our friends at The Veil, Weldwerks, Side Project. We all combed through our barrels and put together a blend with 37 month Rittenhouse Rye, 12 yr old Weller barrels aged for 36 months, 32 month old Blantons barrels, 22 month old 7 yr Weller and Heaven Hill barrels, 17 month aged 14 yr old Old Fitzgerald barrels, and many others to create a stout blend 3 yrs in the making. this version is a straight barrel expression."

new, very summery-sounding lager available on draft and to-go at the cellar today. guess they missed my memo about a festbier or Märzen lager.

 

Lol you guys...It's an IPA...currently on the draft list at the brewery.

I don't think anyone was questioning what Extra Extra Shipper Shipper was. There is a collab stout that goes along with the IPA called Bubble Wrap. Its a continuation of the collab released last year.

 

I'm surprised @KevSal didn't post this, since it looks like SP responded to his comment. -Buuuut, they have confirmed that their version of Bubble Wrap is in the works, but likely to be delayed compared to the versions brewed by the other collaborators.
