What Beer Are You Drinking Now? #3262

Good day BAs! Thanks to @JamFuel for starting today's thread! Off to a cool start to the day - I can only imagine what it's like in Sweden today, with winter fast approaching. No rain predicted here in the next 2 hours - if it stays dry I'll mow the vegetation. Today's New Breakfast Beer is from @snaotheus from his first BIF LIF:



Pleasant pineapple-ly imperial IPA, a bit weak in the nose department but long in appearance.
Rating 3.9, rDev -7.6%.

 

This brewery still makes Stouts with the best of them. This version will hold its own with all the greats. Perfectly balanced, gorgeous I mean that mocha head hangs around for ever leaving massive streaks of lace, and a killer body. I paid $22 for the 4 pack and the best $5.50 per bottle around. Cheers all, heading over to kick off NBW.

Today is a monumental day for Wisconsin sports! Notre Dame versus Wisconsin football at Soldier Field in Chicago, IL, Ryder Cup golf in Sheboygan, WI, and the Milwaukee Brewers could possibly clinch the Major League Baseball National League Central division at home!

Starting up... with an NA UA Italian "Pils," wisely? Predictably? In any case, no run, just some chores, sprucing of files for teaching, and a walk later. Gorgeous weather and hands-down my favorite time of year.
Gotta little lost in the sauce last night as had friends over for a mini-festbier style thing in the backyard with some grilled brats, chips, real simple. Tried 6 different fests, Paulaner is still my favorite. Have a good one, hope to check in later today if I can manage.

Heading to Wisconsin for a family friend’s wedding. Need something before the three hour car ride.

 

Quick question - how do you guys go about mailing beer? Do you use FedEx, UPS? It looks like USPS doesn't accept beer shipments. Any pointers would be really helpful as I've never mailed beer before.
