All three of the other breweries involved with the Bubble Wrap series have unveiled their bottles so Side Project's announcement should be real soon, I would think

I see the Tete post. A comment said “first derivation, now this?!” Did they do a super secret drop in the online store? Didn’t see a post, but they take them down sometimes. (Really wish they wouldn’t. Only way to know what happened then is to ask on here. Wouldn’t have to ask if they just left the post up.)

No. They haven’t posted anything about any derivations…..publicly.

Let me get out my magnifying glass, decoder and picture of the last supper with eyes poked out.

I think you’re saying the event this Sunday is some type of super secret derivation debut, and the tasty leftovers for Sunday are, obviously, derivation drafts.

    Yummy.

Didn't see a Narrow Gauge thread - maybe I spelled it wrong or just missed it. Figured this was next best option.

I'll be coming through on Saturday, then returning back through on Wednesday of next week. There's a chance my route back on Wednesday won't actually take me through STL, so hoping to stop on Saturday.

I would like to grab some NE style IPAs for a coworker, and also for a work thing. They have a ton of beers available right now. Any suggestions?

Outside of Narrow Gauge, I'm open to suggestions (not just for NE IPAs, but also anything else that I should 'definitely' pick up while I am going through).

Can’t go wrong with DDH Fallen Flag, any Cloud City, or any Sparkle Motion.

i’ll second the UUDDLRLRBA. also, DDH OJ Run is probably my favorite IPA they make.

Unfortunately, they appear to have sold out today. I never order too far in advance, because so much has been cancelled due to COVID. I also joined this effort last-minute, so only knew a few days ago that I'd even be in this position. SO, unfortunately my bid to purchase today was a day too late.

It's still on the to go list for in person at the Cellar, so could potentially still be around on Saturday if you stop by.

They're closed for online order pickups on Saturday this week because of Zwanze and don't do pick-ups on Wednesday so it's a good thing you didn't pre-order online

Thanks! Completely forgot that was this weekend (obviously based on my prior post). I also had no idea that they don’t do pickups on Wednesday. Guess I am usually coming through on a Friday.

    Appreciate it.

I don't normally stop to have a beer mid-trip, but I think I'm going to plan to show up at the cellar at open and have a beer for an hour tomorrow. I got burned several years ago when I just happened to be stopping by during Stout week, Could have had a pour of D5, but passed because I needed to drive. I should have had it, waited an hour, and continued on. Regretted it ever since.

Agreed. Only reason I hadn't texted you yet was because I can't commit to anything until I'm en-route. I can't count the number of times my schedule changes in a day when it comes to travel. Already, now on the way back I have to tow a trailer - and not only that, I have to dick around with unloading and reloading items before I can hitch it up. So, now on the way back I already have an unexpected 2-4 hour detour planned. My goal is to actually get to STL around 11am Central, hit a few stops, then be back over to SP by 1pm for open. I'm hoping that built in 2 hour buffer will give me the time I need to deal with any unexpected items that may creep up on Saturday AM.
