I beat the rain home, which is now clearing…Magnanimous Brewing’s “Golden Rule” from their lager mixed 4pk:



A solid European-style lager brewed with Pilsner malt and Saaz hops. I like being able to grab a mix 4 to go when I visit the brewery (yesterday evening). Cheers!

My wife put up some fall touches,,, the wind was def whipping up today!

We took our teenagers to see Jonas Bros concert last night,
If you’re of a certain age with kids of a certain age, Jonas Bros are very popular. I can’t believe I’m sayin this , but I’m getting too old for major concert BS… traffic jam in/out, ear plugs, 18 dollar canister beers (or was that a seltzer?), lol the things we do!

Another new beer although I did try it on draught yesterday. DIPA #5 from Ludlam Island Brewing Co. in Cape May County, New Jersey. Holy hops, Batman, this is good! It reminds me a lot of what Equilibrium used to brew before mass distribution ruined a beautiful thing. I'm not familiar with Cryo Pop hops but this DIPA has minty pine, bitter citrus, and just a hint of vanilla. Really, really good!
