What Beer Are You Drinking Now? #3263

If you're diabetic, they want to see your LDL cholesterol below 70. I take a statin and my cholesterol is good but I don't eat a lot of red meat. Good news is there's no carbs in meat so don't have to worry about that. Basically what my doctor said was that it isn't how much you eat, it's what you eat. It was a good visit. I'll make the necessary changes to hopefully lower my A1C.

Tagging day at the FiL's ranch today. That's shearing the face, belly, around the udder and tail on bred ewes before they lamb in a month. So this big glass of beer is gonna hit the spot!

VooDoo V2K, not bad, dropped off by my brother. Great F1 race today in Russia. Lando Norris could have become the youngest ever winner but his team left him out on slicks when the rain came. Lewis pitted for rain tires with 4 laps to go and notched his 100 win.
