    Good day @Ozzylizard and all, Chimay Blue AKA Grande Réserve, very good indeed. 9% ABV that’s well hidden in a pretty flavorful quad. Good beer for this fall weather, but one is more than enough. As I said yesterday. It’s sort of heavy yet delicious.

    Chimay Bleu, one of my all time favorites, both young and aged although I prefer at least 5+ yrs.
    Recently, we tasted 2008 & 2016 side by side. Superb aging!
    And don't forget to taste Chimay Bleu vieillie en fûts de bois, esp. Batch 1 & the Rum Batch (Cognac Batch is not my chalice of beer). Cheers!

    I’ve never had an old Chimay Bleue but I truthfully believe they can age well. Not so many beers can, alas I’m incapable to cellar anything. Any beer/booze here is in obvious danger.

    Galaxy Wandering Into the Fog from Abomination. Pretty damn good. I had two birdies today playing disc golf on throws that were minimum 60 ft (plus). One of them was an elevated hole. Both times, it was the Jaguar that came through. I love this disc for mid-range throws because it just feels so damn comfortable in the hand. BTW, advocates, the brewer at Abomination came via Sand City. Cheers!!!

    Origami Paper Airplanes from EQ x Barreled Souls. This is nice. Kind of a earthy, dankness on the back end. Finishes with that standard "EQ Juice," as they say. I would equate that to about the closest thing to a Tree House yeast. When EQ is dialed the f*ck in, they are the only other brewery I've ever got that bubblegum note from. Peace...

    Good day Advocates and thank you @Ozzylizard for unfolding today's thread. A dense fog this morning has burned off to reveal a gorgeous day and this incredible hazy IPA from Kros-Strain in Nebraska. Fairy Nectar Hazy IPA 6.2%ABV It's got some danky diesel goin' down and with a whipped orange semi-dry feel it is soft and rather stately and easy to destroy...bash...quaff...slam...reduce...drink. :sweat_smile:
