Trade Value Thread (Q3 2021)

Newest vintage. To be clear I don’t have KBBS but it’s a beer that I feel like I have good idea of its trade value so I’m just using it as an example

 

Will VSOJ (batch 2) go 2:1 with any of the following? If not, how short am I?

-Anchorage A Deal w/ The Devil
-Sante Adairius Westly
-Perennial Maman

Probably no for all of these. If you're just looking for regular ADWTD b2, you're about halfway there (4:1). You're probably looking at 3:1 for Westly. Maman has dropped a lot in secondary, but it's still a $50+ bottle, so I feel most people would still be looking for 3:1 at the minimum.

I’m losing track of trade values but am looking to put together a few trades for some great bottles and I have some pretty solid beers. Any idea what combos of beers on my end could land some of the beers on my wants?

For those who've expressed their concern about the state of trade here at BA, Facebook is down, as well as other apps they own. All since around 11:44AM EST. Imagine if they never came back, what would suddenly become of BA.

Just a wonderful thought I had.

 

I just wish I had a better idea of how to make trading better here, regardless of what happens on other sites....

 

I couldn’t like this more than once but yeah I’m with you. I like this platform better however I hardly make any trades here and FB has been my go to for all things concerning beer and bourbon. Not trying to complain even though it comes off that way,just stating my opinion.

Looking for a Rue the crown for a TG tasting. Anyone know what it goes for now? Forager BA stouts? I’ve got a few vintage assassins (18 &19). How about the classic VR units? .75? 1.0?

 

I've been out of the trading game for awhile, and I'm not sure I'm really back ready yet, but I'm curious what a DB BCBS goes for. It's the only BCBS I haven't been able to acquire in recent history. Last I recall, it was pretty high, but hoping that it's dropped a little.
