Well, I used to be Deathorglory, my favorite song by my favorite band. But then I forgot the password or got banned or whatever, so I had to create a new account. So I used my second favorite song by my favorite band. I've actually been on the site for a couple of years longer than is shown here.

I'm pretty creative, obviously. My name is Kevin Johnson. I was named after my father. Thus, KevinJohnson2.

My @ comes from the music world. Hours days weeks and months of touring the US, Canada and Europe had me searching for a funny "stage name". First it was simply a mosh up of town names/highway exits : Jasper Pipestone, Caramel Arora, Webster Milbank...that sorta thing! :stuck_out_tongue:As a drummer I frequently count off the beginning of songs with stick clicks but before I do that there's always some acknowledgement or eye contact made amongst the band members onstage: Ready? It happens fast. When I am asked "Ready?" I always respond "Let's do it". Had this name now for about 20yrs.

I'll play...My name with a little alteration to the spelling of Fisher because of my love for a certain band. I think mine is obvious but if it wasn't there it is.

I used these initials when entering high scores at the arcade back in the day, a reference to a character from A Clockwork Orange.

When I finally joined after years of lurking I typed in several clever (so I thought) handles that represented myself and my ancestry which were all taken.
Frustrated after several attempts I gave up and typed in my initials which I think were also taken so I added the 13.
I’ve always liked number 13 due to the odd power it has on some and to my eye it closely resembles a B in basic print and some fonts.
I always meant to change it to something more imaginative.

    …boring I know…apologies..:beers:

    My car is silver.
I belonged to a very early performance forum and my handle was a description (in part) of my car. I was referred to as just "Silver" and that stuck.
I decided to keep it for other forums I joined in since.
That is also my tequila of choice.

Mine originated from a stiff drink. My friends and I 20 plus years ago would call people who were overly drunk “stiffos,” which eventually morphed into “stiffingtons.” When I joined a beer site, I thought stiffington would be a unique name. Then I thought why not make myself a doctor while I was at it. Side note: I did switch accounts to Mr for about a year before getting the Dr account back.

'Todd' was already taken, so I just used my first initial and last name.

Years ago, there was a place in the profile setting where you put in your real name, I populated mine with 'Edward Bear' which is Winnie the Pooh's proper name. People used to beermail or call me Edward out at events upon meeting me...

    Love the change, Jeff! :grinning:

When I bought my current car, I was hemming and hawing between too of them. This one was all blacked out, and the rep sealed the deal when he said: "Oh, and the last 3 of the VIN are 666." Done!

My first trip to Hawai'i, I was really impressed with the distro. I figured it was probably distributors wanting to make sure they didn't get accused of "ignoring" Hawai'i and thus overcompensating.

This year, I was far less impressed overall, although I still found a couple of very reliable bottle shops. On the plus side, the amount of local craft beer, at least on Oahu, has absolutely exploded! Some of it is quite good, too. I do have to wonder if the increase in local options has damped down the demand for beer from the mainland, though.
