They're having a bottle release today. From their Instagram:

Comfortable Gestures - Barrel Aged Saison with Masumoto Nectarines and Albariño Grapes. Collaboration with our buddies at @the8thstatebrewing available tomorrow at 12pm at both locations $27 - 750 ML. 3 per person.

 

They generally keep their instagram pretty up to date, posting their menu in their stories along with fifty pictures of the brewery as hipster nightclub

 

Thanks. I had looked at their Instagram but there wasn’t any link to a website or menu. Their website was very minimal and vague. As long as the hipster nightclub vibe looks good though.

 

Will be in LA this coming week. Anything to go this weekend? Would my chances of getting something to take home to drink be better at any one location? Saison Spritz sounds pretty good.

 

They're releasing another saison spritz today but in limited quantities

 

So with Homage ramping up production by acquiring the Chinatown location, would it be safe to assume a membership program is on the horizon?

 

One can only hope

 

Would be game for a membership based on the taps I had at the Chinatown location last week.. the two Saison Spritz variants were pretty tasty although there wasn't anything available to take home, but I'll live.

 

Homage is hiring food runners for Chinatown. I wonder if they're getting ready to open their kitchen

 

Is a food runner a waiter?

 

I think it's more like a server. My guess is you'll order food at the bar where you order your drinks and someone runs it out to you

 

That's been my experience every time ( 3 total) i have gone

. Only Spritzers on tap and 1 dark beer that isnt memorable. I have yet to see what the hype is.
Gonna visit the pomona location next week

 

Yeah. I like Homage, but it isn't my favorite. That being said, they've brewed a few pretty stellar sours. I mainly hit it up because it's right by HPB.
