Beachwood Brewing (2021)

Good for CA. Maybe I’m use to the northwest offerings for wet hops. If they had crowler fills I’d buy over 4pks. Guess I’m spoiled. Clean & fresh. I thought Steely Jam was good also. Taking a 4pk to go. Lunch was good. It’s been since early this year my last visit. Glad I came.

I’ll check in tomorrow at the HB location. You never know. It was really nice to make it over to the LB location for a sit down lunch at the bar. And a special visit from Harrison. Yes a very good day.
UnKnownK, Lite Brit was my favorite.

 

Swung by today. The Street 3 was quite good, but I agree Lite Brite is the better beer. Was also delighted to see a bunch of Urban Roots beers available on draft as well

 

BW/UR Steely Jam. This modern west coast IPA is right up my alley with the Mosaic and Strata. Excellent. Gets some berry for sure, touch of tropical, pretty damn crisp n clean. Some dank.

They will also be doing another Chalkboard canning like they did for Street 3. Any wild speculation on what it might be?

Beachwood also appears to have done a collaboration with Societe called Fantastic. IPA brewed with Idaho 7 and Mosaic. I doubt LA/OC will see any of this, but it would be nice

 

Canned or draft only?

 

I only saw Bine and Vine post the cans. Draft at least would be nice, and I know Beachwood sometimes does that

 

Hopefully on draft at their locations would be nice.

 

Double dry hopped Melrose in cans next week as well. Time to make space in the fridge

 

I wish Melrose was an everyday beer.

Agree. This should be alongside Gator and CHolic. What they really need is a DIPA in the mix.
