I am gravitating towards going to Veil tomorrow. They have a few IPAs/DIPAs released today that interest me.

Don’t get me started on Steely Dan. That’s a way to start a virtual bar brawl with me. I’m fortunately / unfortunately (depends on your point of view) a person who can’t give a damn about Steely Dan. Sorry had to say it. Phew. I can already feel my virtual bar muscles growing.

Great hazy ipa. Big grapefruit, gooseberry, white wine, peppercorn, passion fruit, rind, pine, wheat, oats, herbal. Moderate pine/rind bitterness. Medium plus body. Moderate resin drying. Very dank and a bit onion at times. Great citra/Nelson profile. 4
