This is my last Sunday in this house. Still may post a picture from time to time because it is still in the family. Pretty excited for next Sunday mornings picture. Nice NETIPA. Cheers all.

 

Christmas Ale to start it off this morning. I haven’t had a beer this early in years but the kids are gone and the wife and I are heading out for breakfast so I think it’s justifiable. Cheers fellas.

I haven’t had a Sunday morning stout in a while, it’s a sunny nippy 48 degrees in these parts this morning

We took a brisk 3 mile walk through a salt marsh and I found some devils purses and a oyster farming bag that must have broken loose. We’ll make sure it gets put back for @vabeerguy so he can stay supplied. Cheers

Did our usual 2 mile early morning walk earlier, and have been experimenting on a vegan holiday "roast" I will make for Thanksgiving.....

Need to wash that "malt liquor" taste out of my pie hole! Haha....

Saison Dupont Farmhouse Ale

Taste on entry is far, far less tart and sharp as the scent indicated. Actually it's a very rounded and sophisticated presentation redolent of of ripe fruit that strikes me as more pear than banana but going in that general direction. Hoppiness is restrained and the fruit is backed by some spicy stuff such as clove. There's no hint of alcohol that I can detect.
