Thank you my friend. Not too many people know about Trenton tomato pie. Very simple and only a few ingredients. I've been rockin these at home a lot lately. If you like thin, crispy crust and a lot of good but simple flavors, it's the one.

 

Nightshift Whirlpool Pale Ale, 4.5% - such a great citrus IPA taste in a small beer!

 

This is really solid, not flashy my pretty darn tasty.

One and done today…finishing off last night’s bottle - Fremont’s “12th Anniversary Stout with Cherries”:



Poued at 54.7°. Tastes like flat cherry Coke with a shot of whiskey. Putting a ham soup together in the slow cooker for dinner, then back to resting and TV binge watching. Cheers y’all!

For the style it is a very good, and maybe even a great lager, all around. It really isn’t as sweet as some of the others I have tried, and is definitely lighter in that respect than your average Maerzen style bier. Cheers!
