What Beer Are You Drinking Now? #3293

Just under a year on it and I love this beer at this stage, still some hops but drinking like a barleywine. Sleep well all.

 

Almost 10:00 and only three pages in. I feel sorry for our waiters, waitresses, and bartenders tonight at the VB. Hardly any patrons showed up and some staff had to be sent home early due to lack of business.

Next up, another tasty, chewy, New England style IPA from @SawDog505. This is a "good'n" !!

Maybe just a tad more done than I wanted, but its outstanding. I need a thermometer and a cooking scale. I forgot them in Ohio, but I'll get them eventually. The settings for the air fryer roast was great.




Finishing off what's left of my ohio beer. This is still tasting great but 11 months old. I love this beer and Amarillo/Simcoe hops

Still tastes like a chocolate quad to me lol - berry sweetness throughout with a soft peanut butter finish... Lotsa fun to drink - 9% abv don't hurt none...

And that'll do me for the night, BA...

Second Drowned Lands Double IPA of the night. This one "foeder fermented" and very good...just not quite as good as the last one.

If Adams doesn’t play.. He’s on my Fantasy team too, so very mixed feelings on that one. I never count Rodgers out under any circumstance and was thinking this might be the first L for the Cards but should be good, regardless

First ever Hill Farmstead, courtesy of @jrc1093…Everett. Unexpected nose with a lot of smokey char aroma, that carries into the flavor all day. It makes me think it’s an Against the Grain’s little brother. Definitely bold flavors, with a sultry mouthfeel and dark ending.
