    Inside of the “Grolsch”-style flip-top is an oak-aged home brewed liqueur which is essentially a whiskey in style, but was crafted (“brewed”) with fruit rather than grain.

    This one's been in the beer fridge since picking it up in PA at the end of June. Gotta say the hops have held up incredibly well! The Mosaic and Cashmere are full on up front!

    If you cook that pork roast in the Instant Pot it will be killer. There's tons of recipes on the web. I have one and use it all the time for cooking roasts, fantastic. Cheers!
