I'm looking forward to your comparison! And I came across this and it was interesting and they stated during it that NH and Celebration are similar recipes:

Oh yeah, BSFWS is my favorite in my area too. Atlas is closer, and I was driving right past, so I stopped in and looked/asked. Not thrilled with Atlas’ selection now anyway.

Also, as I am now “old”, and my wife makes me go for daily 1hr walks, I try to plot our route to walk past BSFWS twice a week to grab a 4 pack. Their mixed 4pk of beers of the month have been fun all Summer and Fall.

Popped into MB in Plaistow today. They had 12-packs. I did not buy it, so I don't know the price. $5.04 for a rotisserie chicken though (made chicken and dumplings tonight).

    Mmmmm… Rotisserie chicken.

And to keep on topic, good to wash that down with a Celebration.

CBC Newton got some in today. Also some Lagunitas fresh hop IPA. Could be an interesting side by side as Lagunitas is new school hops.

Took a twenty minute drive to State Line in Elkton Md, without knowing if it was there or not...
It was, came in yesterday, got my two twelve packs (plus other "stuff", after all, the selection never disappoints)... so far, after 4 cans of this year's version, I can report that I am just as happy as I have been with all previous years releases..
2maroh I'll dip into the Northern Hemisphere...

Malt bill is the same, but Celebration uses Centennial, Cascade, and Chinook, where Northern is just Centennial (and they’re wet hops obviously in Northern).

Believe it or not Bigfoot and Celebration’s malt and hop bills are exactly the same.

I also love how you can buy singles of anything in the store. I’ve tried so much random beer this way without committing to full packs.

The singles section usually has a couple singles of newer beers anyways, which is cool too.

Total Wine Burlington checking in. $8.99 for celebration 6 packs, and $13.99 for Northern Hemisphere 6 packs for those that want both at the same store. 9/29 canning date on Celebration. 9/21 bottling date on Northern Hemisphere.

I've always really liked Born Yesterday.. one year, maybe '17 or so, was particularly good.

Damnit, I work near there. Still, might just wait until the weekend to shop somewhere close to home.

I forget which year, but one year was a straight up New England IPA. That was excellent (not that it HAS to be that style to be excellent).

I remember different batches were turbid, and others weren't.

Their website has 12 packs in stock as well, I didn’t make it that far though. No room in the fridge/wife is never impressed with bulk purchases.

the year I'm thinking it was slightly hazy, maybe akin to Heady or a hazier batch of Second Fiddle, but I recall it being the first mosaic-centric beer that didn't taste like disgusting metal. Just a very deep, rich flavor that few mosaic beers have matched.
