    See, you're just talking out your ass. A tree is generally round-ish and doesn't usually have "sides."

    We only indicate how high of a branch on the tree we think the walnut fell from.

    "side" meaning compass direction...probably expressed in exact degrees rather than the mere pedestrian expression of north, south, east ,west.

    Yikes! I’m clueless about what just happened here, yet it does appear that whatever is was may have subtlety struck a nerve.

    And as for @BillAfromSoCal and @cjgiant, my descriptions need to be in minutes to be of any real value. ;-)
