Do you...Teku?

I consider my 2 Treehouse Teku's to be my official IPA glass. It definitely helps to bring out all great aroma's and flavors out of any IPA.

 

I'm guilty of overusing my Teku. I feel like it works well for such a wide range of styles so if I'm using the same glass for my second or third beer, I can just give it a rinse without having to worry about my glassware no longer being compatible with the new style.

I have two plain glasses without decals that I alternate between. They do have etchings at the bottom for nucleation points to aid in head retention so they're not totally feature-less I suppose.

I do love my Tekus!

 

That's gutsy to allow a cat to get that close to your pricey glassware.

To answer your question, I have one teku, and it's from Three Floyds. Because it's so fragile looking and represents the most money that I've put into a glass, I have never used it.

 

I have one. If I ever run across a Lost Abbey logo TeKu at a reasonable price, I'll have two.

 

Where do you guys steal your Tekus from???

 

I have three & they are some of my favorite glasses. One each from: The Lost Abbey, Cigar City, & Firestone Walker. The last one was given to my wife by a kind friend who was trying to downsize his massive collection.

 

I’m down to two tekus, a standard sized one and a smaller tasting size? (I’m guessing 8 oz?)

Last year I picked up a super fancy, super fragile Yeast of Eden glass and that’s become my go-to for all the beers I would have poured into my teku. … I’m still a little amazed I haven’t broken either of these.

 

I drink my beers out of the can/bottle like a pleb

 

While a teku has become the glass I probably use most, I still maintain that they are the ugliest glassware design to reach wide acceptance. This excludes the "fishbowl" category.

 

i have 2 unbranded tekus. Use em for most styles but find myself reaching for my globe more often because they're easier to clean.

 

I would use it more if there was a 19-20oz version.

 

Didn't have a teku until a few months ago. Love the way it feels just right in my hand. Mostly use it for ipas

 

I like them but they keep breaking on me!

 

I have two, Troegs and Tree House. I would say I use them occasionally.

 

I don't use them too often. Good for when I'm throwing back some fruited goses or kettle sours but as far as everyone saying IPAs I prefer my Spiegelau IPA glass
