    Initially planned on a different local stout until coming across @ZebulonXZogg 's post, changing my selection to a cellared Wild Onion blast from the past.

    Full review in the cellar review thread. Bottom line, there were mixed reviews of this fresh, from too harsh to wonderful, but at this stage, I side with the wonderful assessment.

    Pairs perfectly with this 1982 release featured on Saturday.



    This pairs with most beers.

    I'm guessing they used Australian hops. Like for example Galaxy, among many others.
