    Haven't had this in close to a decade (?!?!) - best by bottling of March 2022 - full and sweet, shellacky resinousness lingers on the palate; fruity sugars populate the rich malts...

    The Virginia Opossum - a marsupial with a prehensile tail and scaled feet... Lotsa sharp teeth but basically passive - I didn't wanna frighten it, so took a zoomed-in, flash-off picture from afar... And below, adult-ass cat I've lovingly raised from 7 weeks-old making the irritated face because I won't let him get on my desk while I'm busy (...posting here - lol)...

    Got an outdoor fire going and nearly completed building one chair (out of three) before a light afternoon rain chased me back inside. Oh well; time to get started on some fresh Sip of Sunshine (now that my "old" batch - 2 1/2 months - is finished :wink: ).

    I’ve seen Spiritualized do an all acoustic set, at the Echo (small club in LA), at the Hollywood Bowl (with Nick Cave), at the opening of the Ace Hotel doing in all Ladies and Gentlemen set… Should have seen him at The Troubadour (another tiny LA venue), but I was too sick to go. He shows up at Club Raul every now and then:
