    Good morning, all.

    Being admittedly on a self-imposed sobriety challenge for a bit shouldn’t IMO be that much of a restriction. I’ll allow myself my first beer in about three weeks and this had to be a great one.

    Aside from beer related stuff, life’s good, some joint pain but that’s pretty typical for November, on first of November was the public holiday and « remembrance » for our deceased relative hence my grandparents and my grandma who passed away earlier this year. So I did a bit of cemetery and grave work for her, see bellow…

    Started with the rake to flatten the grave a bit:

    Before putting some white rocks and again flatten them as much as I could.

    Final result so to speak. Flowers would be mostly chrysanthemum:

    Second beer today will be another Bayern one (Bavaria) and also low ABV at only 4,9% yet 500ml. Great one again.

    Happy Day there Advocates! Thank you @Shanex for today's thread and I would like to dedicate this Schlenkerla Urbock to you friend. Your opening heartfelt post is so soulful. Peace brother!! Hoping you have a great day and a great weekend. Over here in the U.S. of A. and in Minneapolis the weather is looking fine with warming trends. 60F forecasted for the weekend. I love Schlenkerla Rauchbiers and I save them for "special" occasions. Falling leaves, bright sunshine and about 42F plus Shanex's post. With this beer I get used to it real fast! Cheers Advocates!
