Pulled this one for the Brown Ale tasting this weekend. In before the snow (or hopefully the weather folks are wrong). Looks like a rusty nail.

Dang, this is hitting the spot!

 

Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout is in my glass now. An excellent sipping beer. Plenty of chocolate wrapped up in a nice booziness.

Joining @VABA with a barrel aged Belgian. I was tempted to use the same glass too But better have the taste glass now. These Duvel glasses come with all their barrel aged bottels I believe.

This was pricey, but an ASB+Alesmith collaboration especially in the Motor Oil series was not to be missed. And let me tell you it did not disappoint. The distinctive "vietnamese" coffee flavor in this one is proudly represented.

I'm wrapping up Thursday with a Founders Breakfast Stout. The beer is awesome and I'm using a tasting tulip from The Iron Abbey in Horsham, PA. Wifey bought it for me and I thought, when am I ever going to use a tulip that small. Well, today consisted of two pretty big stouts and the smaller glass was perfect.
