    Just seeing this now... Blackstack had a drop in the Chicago in late May/early June. We are super-spoiled in this area!!

    Reviving this old thread... Blotz and Meat Sweats are quite good. Fugazi has always been a standout to me, but these two put Blackstack in the (too small) group of seriously good lager brewers in Minnesota.

    Right there with you. They know which side of their bread is buttered, and can't blame them. They make good beer.

    I wonder how many people have grabbed these lagers, brought them home, poured them into a glass and are like WTF is this?

    Another TIPA (UGH) released this week called Jack Moves at 10.1 ABV . Yes i will buy a single. Sure wish Blackstack would just do several at 6 -7% ABV thou.
