    Good day BAs! Off to a frosty start - mixed clouds and stars when I got up. Today's New Breakfast Beer:

    Saint Arnold makes what in my mind is a big mistake - if their beer is to be consumed at 55+ degrees, they should say so on the bottle. Granted, I should know better, since the name implies a doppelbock and not an imperial stout, but 55+ degree drinking temperature would still apply. When I went to the website, this info was available. Still, mea culpa. Rating 4.1, rDev -6%.

    Just 3 of us here, including owner Amanda, and a bottle share has already broke out…Resident Culture’s “Lightning Drops” IPA:

    Earthy almost skunk nose, the lemon. Lemony taste but earthy/skunky hops/mild bitterness in finish. A flavor/aroma I can tolerate, but a one and done. Cheers!
