    Good day BAs! Yet another cool morning - yesterday's snow has added to that on the grass and ground, but only some of it remains on the streets and sidewalks. The snow is slowly sucking the heat out of the planet as we slide closer to perhelion - I'm expecting a BAD winter this time around.
    Lucked out yesterday - a deer ran full-tilt across the road in front of me and a pickup truck going the opposite direction took him out - full frontal. The deer hit the road and slide, wacking my rear tire and leaving a wad of hair stuck in the plastic dogleg. Zero Damage! The pickup is probably totaled since it was a normal-sized one.

    Today's New Breakfast Beer, yet another fromBIF #14 and that over-generous BA @Roy_Hobbs:

    Fifth straight day of GI BCBS/SCS, I'm targeting a Colt 45 for tomorrow.

    Full treatment in New Beer Sunday, and a comparison vs. Suffolk County in the BCBS tasting thread. Bottom line, this particular bottle was very sweet, corn butter similar to diacetyl in a Pilsner. Enjoyed, but miss the old school versions of this.

    Speaking of Old School, Rick Beato had a wonderful interview Sting and his guitarist post Police Dominic Miller (not Ronald Miller).



    Including a discussion of Shape of My Heart, composed by Dominic Miller by way of Bach, and the riff's influence on others just under 7 minutes in.

    Hey BA's - happy Sunday

    Got a little snow here overnight - did a nice hike earlier to capture the white beauty!

    My lovely daughter brought me a mixed 6 of some local Columbus brews she thought I would like - did I raise her right, or what? This one tastes a bit like Shiner Cheer....but a hint of ginger with the peaches

    @JoeBloe when you can't find Triple Sunshine, a trio of Sip of Sunshine is a pretty darn good substitute. :wink: I just had my first TS a couple of weeks ago after finding a stash in Maine. My first, but definitely not my last, as I'll be back that way before long.
