Good Morning BAs! The dogs have been walked and fed this pleasant 63° morning. The cellar cleaning continues - FW’s Parabola (2016):

Poured at 54° and looking, drinking fine. A bit on the oaky side, but bourbon and chocolate especially as the beer warms. I have several FW beers I got at the brewery when we traveled in California the summer of 2016…I should drink them. Cheers and have a great day y’all!

Cellar cleaning? 63F? Sounds like fun. Much more fun than this gloomy and cold fall we’re enduring here.
Good morning DZ, Florida and all.
@Ozzylizard was mentioning yesterday that we were off for a probably rough winter. Hard to tell well before but I can say that we are seemingly headed this way indeed.

This is a fine Blonde from northern France. Cheers all!

Avril Lavigne has a new tune out, for the millennials like me that like her, or used to.

Good day BAs! Thanks @DoctorZombies for starting today's thread! another snowy morning - each day we get an inch or two, half of which melts off. Now the streets and sidewalks are beginning to accumulate a little depth of snow, so winter is upon us. When I was a kid, this is the way it was - some nasty winters back then (Late Ice Age). The last few years mostly Nov/Dec are cool and snow doesn't start accumulating until Jan. This winter portends to be bad - the (Great) lakes are still ice-free so we expect LOTS of snow. I've moved my snowblower from the shed to the garage so I'm ready!

Today's New Breakfast Beer, another from NBS BIF #14 and @Roy_Hobbs:

Good morning, fellow Advocates! Thanks @DoctorZombies for kicking us off in right proper fashion.

I came across a lovely stash of Founders in Maine, and picked up several breakfast-appropriate coffee beers. Not sure how long they will last, of course.

One-third the price of the tripels from Belgium, two-thirds the quality to my taste buds. That makes it a good beer.

Good morning, advocates. I just got home from a round of frisbee golf. Not as cold as I thought it would be, although I had to go in the water twice to retrieve a wild valkyrie. Getting into it with some Beneficiaries of Chance from the one and only, Tree House. Cheers!

Catching up on yesterday's threads and have fish and chips in the oven to pair with this beer. Liked this better when it was about a month old, but still solid.

Shaping up to be a great weather week. All I want for Christmas is for this to hang on until I head out West in January & February. Really miss my Vegas breweries, The Silver Stamp and West Coast options available there.

Two of my favorites from 30 years ago featured on Saturday.

I was Jonesing for it during the weekend after the BA Imperial Stouts this weekend. While I still enjoy those heavyweights for perhaps a beer or two a week in the colder months, my beer dollars have been shifting to easier drinking beers, be it WCIPAs, lagers, and when I can find them fresh, Malt Liquors.

Broooo. Don't bro me, Hunter. I'm just saying. While we're having this conversation, I need you to understand that Hidden River is really doing things. I've know this, sir. Yes, well, let's not get confused by cheaper beer prices on shelves that appropriate the NEIPA style. Why are you saying names? I didn't. But alas, we can't pour syrup on sh*t and call it a pancake, now can we? I love you, Hunter. I know it's true. Peace...

The 1st of the seasonal stouts for me, they're hard to find this year.
