Cracked in to my first ever Surly Coffee Bender. Smells like a cup of coffee and tastes like an iced coffee. Really good.

Just opened a Surly Abrasive...this beer is absolutely fantastic. About to catch up on a couple episodes of the League while I sip on this bad boy. Cheers all.

Started off with a SS Organic Choco Stout, then ABT 12 and then switched it up and poured some bourbon. Nice libations.

In a matchup of black saisons, Jolly Pumpkin de Viento utterly destroyed Stone/Evil Twin/Stillwater "The Perfect Crime".

Thanks to the generosity of a fellow BA, who shall remain nameless . . . he lives in TX and he’s a Badger . . . but I’m not giving out his name . . . his handle’s TX-Badger . . . ok fine, it’s Matt and thank you. Back to my point at hand, I’m enjoying a Pumpkinator, while making some homemade pizza. This is a tasty little number and it makes me think why the hell aren’t there more pumpkin stouts, rather than ales?

Was mildly disappointed. Good, but not great. I like a little more caramel sweetness, often indicated by a nice bronze color. Thinking FW Union Jack or Anderson Valley Hop Ottin' IPA.

Better, but not the star of the three.

Using baseball terms, Pumpkinator - Home Run, Double-Wide - Double, and Sculpin - Single.
