    After trying Union Jack and falling in love, I went seeking for a locally available replacement. Not sure if you can get Anderson Valley Hop Ottin' IPA, but it's for sure a suitable replacement despite what is seemingly less notoriety.

    Had two Resins, a Hitachino Weizen, SN Celebration, and a little taste of L'Ultima Luna. I can actually cap this one just like the Xyuayu...

    Clearing out the fridge. I bought this randomly in a mix six, didn't know Minhas brewed it. Minhas sucks. It was palatable.

    Hell yea, delicious. Big complexity of pure roasted flavors.

    Damn nice stuff. huge coffee with great balance of flavors. Very much better than the normal offering.

    Damn this is great. Huge tropical fruit notes with some light funk. Very balanced and crisp. Saisions win, especially if brett is added.

    First started with a homebrewed winter ale, which is tasting really good right now.

    Than i moved on to a beer i have been wanting for awhile, Deschutes Dissident. What a great sour.
