What Beer Are You Drinking Now? #3335

Finally getting into the sixer of Terrapin's Wake 'n Bake Oatmeal Stout i picked up last month; first go around with this brew being new to the Southeast Region. It has been a lot of years since i "waked and baked"; about the only smoking i do these days is on my Traeger! As far as the beer goes it is a coffee forward flavor profile and smooth for sure but a little thinner than hoped but definitely will have no problem enjoying the rest of the pack!

Flipped over to Sirius XM Classic Rewind and am currently enjoying Don Henley's End of the Innocence, a nice melodic easy listening tune.

Not sure why I bought this. Not really a fan of lactose beers but I am a fan of Definitive. My taste is still fkd up but not enough to make the judgment this is well, weird.

 

Pretty aggravating day today, having a pre-dinner beer to mellow out a bit.

 

Good day Advocates! I'm big time ready for a mainline vitamin B infusion of Toppling Goliath Forced Flair DIPA today. Thanks @DoctorZombies for opening up that rye brew for todays thread. Nice! Been a while since I've had a rye. (note to self!) This TG DIPA FF has some good pie crust taste to it. Doggone if I don't just love it! and I'm lookin' frwd to this weekend to having a few winter warmers and see some wee heavies out there. Good schtuff. The Twin Shitties got a couple inches of very cold slippery snow overnite & all day. Complete chaos on the roads. Slowly setting up & feeding my drums in the cave...Very glad to be right here with all y'alls. Cheers! Keep on smiling folks!

We had trees removed yesterday morning, broke my heart, only to walkout today.
And find a 90’ pine snapped at 10’ from last nights winds. Neighbors were fine as it caused no damage.
