Just finished Season 3 The Beatles Get Back. What an amazing insight into 4 musicians that changed music forever. My first 45 was I Feel Fine b/w Shes a Women. Injected me with the fever and its never left. I credit any musical abilities I have today to those 4 gents. Brought tears to see that end.
Cheers to John and the boys.

Good afternoon, advocates. Settling in with some Substance from Bissell Brothers. I've always really enjoyed this beer. What a great flagship. Cheers!

Checking in with the last of these NI Palindromic Repeat IPAs. 7.5% of muddled, but kinda interesting, haze-bruh for my mouth-uh(?). Still ambivalent about this one. But whatever.
It's beer. It's here, and down with it after getting my .... um... "tendon" dry-needled.
    Joy.

    Cheers!

This is perfect for a cold day. Not as good as Trosten but pretty close I'd say.

...I don't know when I first became enamored with African popular music (well, 60s and 70s based music primarily), but this is one of my favorite albums...and I've seen Mahtahlini and the Mahhatela Queens (and other African stars) in Europe and Washington DC back in the day...infectious grooves and melodies...

...I've had six other beers from them...I really liked their 'Resilience' (a pale ale) and 'Villeinage' (a farmhouse ale) - both rated 4+ overall by me...a lager and a stout were also top-notch...'Pliable Foe' the one I've liked the least of the seven total I've tried of theirs...

Have a good hump day. Still need to reserve a uhaul truck for Saturday lol. I had a slow day with a few meetings. Had leftover chicken I never ate on Monday before I got sick, and added au gratin potatoes from a box. Much childhood nostalgia. The hot sauce is crystal.

I really want to watch that, for some stupid reason I thought it was on Apple TV. So I signed up for the three month free trial. Only to realize its not on there ugh. Oh well, I'll get to watch Charlie Brown instead, and watch Get Back when I visit my Sister next week when I start my vacation ha (she has all the cool streaming things that I know nothing about).

I got Disney for a month just for that.
Warning though if shes not into the Beatles heavy or a musician it will be hard to keep her attention. Its really uncut and pretty much 4 guys trying to put together a set of songs. Theres alot of shenanigans as well as you would expect 4 friends to do. Paul I believe was about 26 and George even younger. Its so hard to believe what they had accomplished in that short a period of time as muscians - they were just kids!! I was spellbound as a huge Beatle fan and musician. I hope you get to see it. Its long but epic.

Good day Advocated beer lovers! Thanks @Ozzylizard for opening up todays thread. I'm enjoying this fresh tin of Toppling Goliath Digital Dawn DIPA. Got a bit ahead of the picture taking while writing descriptions for a review. It is excellent, fruity, rich, moderately sweet, lightly bready and was canned 11/19 plus I bought it a week ago. Ahhh! Freshy McFreshmeister. It isn't a one-off but rather is in rotation. >So it appears that MR. Coyote paid us a visit in the night. Those things have a hunting range of like 25 miles. Pretty awesome indeed. Whenever the temps get super cold and people don't go outside the coyotes appear. The ancient hunter in me likes to see tracks in snow. Keep on smiling & cheers!!
