    This one is my favorite. The Munich Dunkel. It's medium bodied & drinkable like a Helles. Has some caramel & nutty notes. Excellent year around darker beer.

    Deep, garnet hued body, clear; thick, frothy, light khaki head, rich and sticky. Huge, earthy sweetness on the nose; roasted grain and spicy caramel scents. Fruit-like sweetness and spiciness to the taste; spruce and anise; relatively mild bitterness; big booziness. Heavy body; residual sugars coat the palate; nice counterbalance with the sweetness and dryness.

    This is a wonderful barleywine, rich and complex

    ...a rotating release available April-August per the brewery's web site, this makes for a great winter holiday / winter warmer beer, too...

    I used to love Focal. Then when the recipe was tweaked I hated it. Now it's growing on me and in fact I love it again. I must be bipolar...

    I believe the Lagunitas IPA that you get is brewed in Wijlre, Netherlands and it's probably fresher than what I'm able to get. @mikeinportc is from the Southern Tier - Binghamton, Elmira. Just North of PA.

    Update on the Vanilla Oak Aged WWS...it got better as it warmed more . More chocolate flavor rose out of the candle-esque vanilla swamp taste.
    Still bad but true to style so I give it a 3.8- 4 /5.

    I'm drinking Founders Scarlet Dawn IPA. It's a session Reed IPA, if that means anything. It is red and it does taste like an IPA. Bright floral hops and plenty of citrus. They get a whole lot out of a 5.1% ABV.

    holyyy shit is this a sugar bomb, i cant taste any stout at all
    All i taste is sugar and 0 stout. 4oz was a perfect and im sharing it amongst 6 people
