    @beergoot is a fan of their stouts, as I recall. Such a huge fan that I believe he bought out one specific stout from one of his local stores.

    a quick skim through their BA page and it appears they do make some IPAs and Lagers.

    Crooked Stave definitely had a barrel aged stout at the SP Invitational.

    @Luscious_Malfoy

    They do make a nice variety of beers besides wilds. Check out their beer page (Crooked Stave)...

    ...IPAs, pilsners, stouts, amongst others...

    ...and I did buy as many of their "The Hills Have Envy" stouts (maybe 8-10 of them over the course of a month)...the Maple Bourbon stout was the other one I should have snagged more than two bottles... @DoctorZombies got one of the two...they're both delicious and I hope they remake them again somewhere down the line...

    They're pretty solid all-around. Wild ales and farmhouse ales are their forte, but they do a pretty good job (exceptional at times, i.e., their limited released barrel aged stouts) with other styles.

    Crooked Stave has a special place in my heart… One of the first breweries I traded for back in the day and one of the first true pieces of #properglassware I purchased. I’m looking forward to this one.

    Don’t know if it was someone on here that bought a bottle of DB Derivation(Tawny Port) and shared it with everyone else at the bar. But if it was, thank you very much. It’s tasting great!

    We should see at least four stout collabs next year: Symmetry, BA Brooklyn Vibes, Double Barrel Cognac Generational, and Omnipollo. Maybe even the triple barrel Anchorage stout collab.

    Change of topics for a moment, but how busy is the Cellar / Brewery on a weeknight?

    I think I've only ever been on Friday/Saturdays.

    I have tomorrow off. Kinda considering driving over early to run the Katy trail and hit SP to try some of these wacky beers they're pouring. But also reluctant because I want to try too many of them.

    Typically not very crowded at all. As for all the beers you want to try, you can request a half pour for a .50 upcharge. Howevr they do not do that for 5oz pours of stout/barleywine.

    Nice. Oude Fermier is my #1, which is a bottle. I could work thru some half pours though. Thanks for the suggestion.

    May dip, unless someone knows if the brewery is open tomorrow...? Looks like the 29th was omitted from their holiday schedule, and it's not on their typical schedule. Throws out the Derivation options, pending any wild announcements for the Cellar tomorrow.

    Thanks for entertaining me. I know I've been perplexed by all things Side Project this year, but trying to get across the state more.
