it was hard work but I crushed this 5l stich by myself today. Love you, notch…my only wish is that I lived closer. See you as soon as I can!

Wow. That’s the equivalent of 17.5 standard drinks, impressive.

This is the first time since they've posted it I've realized it's not just a fun way to buy 5 beers. D'oh.

Agree, I’d probably not feel too good sick wise. By my math isn’t that around 10, 16oz drinks?

Anyone else kind of excited for the Hazy NA beer? I’ll probably pick some up when it’s available in Brighton.

Also hoping it’s not included in the subscription box as I bought two as Xmas gifts for friends and getting NA hazy beer from the lager brewery I hyped up would be kinda lame.

Yes, 5 liters (169 ounces) is a little over 10 pints (16 ounces) and while I recognize that many craft breweries are now canning in 16 ounce cans a "standard" beer is still 12 ounces (e.g., 12 ounce bottles/cans of Bud Light for example). In that 5 liter cans there are 14 "standard" beers.

    Cheers!

I posted this last Thursday. I’m surprised it’s not at Brighton currently. “Tomorrow” would have been 12/31.

“Available in Salem today, Brighton tomorrow. Mail order sometime next week when we have more hands on deck.”

Don't imagine it'd be in the subscription boxes as I believe the NA beers are contract brewed (not that that's necessarily bad just pointing it out). Looking forward to trying both.

oh trust me I went right to 12 oz. Since it’s how I bought the sixers when younger. But Christ I can’t imagine having 14 now hahah

Yup, it is roughly the equivalent of 10 16 oz beers in terms of volume. But as Jack pointed out, a standard drink is considered 12 oz of beer.

I got 17.5 because at least according to the government’s definition, a “standard drink” for beer is a 5% beer in a 12 oz serving. The Sticke Alt is 6.2%.

I picked up a six pack on New Year’s Eve at Brighton in the afternoon.

Looks like a dvanáctka (12°P) will be used for the anniversary pitch: similar to The Standard

Anyone know what the current tap list looks like at Brighton? The site hasn't been updated since 1/5.
