Haymarket Brewing Clare's Thirsty Ale



This beer turned 1 year old today, and has held up great. Highly recommended fresh or refrigerated.

Perhaps our resident Star Drummer @tasterschoice62 will join us to celebrate the 12th day of Christmas!

Almost 11 year old Orval I found in our wine cave, properly served at cave temperature. Absolutely delicious. It' been stored at 50 F since I bought it. The humidity was getting to the cap so it's time to drink them.

Grevensteiner Original Kellerbier / Zwickelbier, 5.2% - copper, grassy, nice toasty malts, a little thin so it slips down easy - a solid, tasty beverage! Prost!

 

Nowhere In Particular - Decorate The Mahogany "Marshmallow Chocolate Pecan Stout" (16oz can).. cheers!

Good day Advocates and thanks again @dcotom for todays thread. Just popped back inside the warming hut to have a brew before returning to the tundra to finish snow removal. Only got like 3" of dry powder but it's very windy so moving by hand is best. Still have to go clear my elderly neighbors drive and it's long so I'm having a Stone XocovezaTres Leches Imperial Stout. Inspired by hot chocolate...a guy can dream! 12 drummers thawing out their hands. Ha! Cheers! Keep on smiling! Here's one of my fave drummers...Manu Katche

 

Just made it home with the wife and new child. 3 long days at the hospital due to some unforeseen circumstances. Cheers fellas. I’m gonna enjoy this one.

 

Day 2 of roof replacement…lots of overhead noise, yet the dogs have been unbothered…lunch beer from the cellar clean out - Alesong’s “Rhino Suit” (2019) BBA Milk Stout:



Bottled 11/19. Poured at 54°. I liked the first bottle 15 months ago. I still like. A solid BA stout that is pleasant, but not exceptional. No need for me to update my initial review.

Another dry sunny mid-70s day…perfect for outdoor work. Cheers and have a great day y’all!
