What beer are you drinking now? #3365

Good morning BAs, and thanks to @dcotom for his holiday openings! The crew has been on the roof since 7:30am, and the dogs have been fed…it’s coffee time - finishing off yesterday’s bottle of Proprietor’s BCBS (2019):



Poured at 50° and held up fine overnight. Bourbon and chocolate and coconut…one darn fine tasting BA stout!

The roof should be finished today, then begins the garage cleaning of all the debris that fell down inside…a chore that likely has no foreseeable ending. Cheers and have a great day y’all!

 

Doing my best this month, but those 2 HA DDC Galaxy beers hit hard last night.
Woke up groggy, so it's back to this N/A for now.... January is hard.

 

One of those days where the highlight so far has been the heated steering wheel while driving the kids to school in 4 degree temperatures. And this.

Good day to you good Advocates! Once again thanks @dcotom for gliding us into todays thread. I tossed a lucky 1/2 dollar coin this morning: Obverse=Exercise, Reverse=finally try the BBA cherry wood stout. Back side wins & prevails! Goose Island Bourbon County Brand Cherry Wood Stout 2021. This my beautiful friends is one helluva fantastic stout/beer. Certainly one of the most agreeable BBA stouts I've had thus far. It's taste and feel evolve at a humane rate and it really unfolds at temps about 58F to 59F. My rating/review will be high. Over the moon that I splashed out for 2 more bottles to cellar. Great to be here with the tribe! Keep on smiling & CHEERS!!
