You don't see many bombers these days beyond Saisons, pulled this one from the Cellar.

Central Waters Brewhouse Coffee Stout



Full review in the Cellar Review Thread, long story short, this held up very well, much pleasant bitter roast coffee, recommend if you like this aspect of a coffee stout. Very easy drinking about 1/3 of the way in, drinks more like 4-5 than the 7.4% ABV.

May be shut in for the second straight day. It is 0 F right now. F the cold. F Jackie.

Bottled 11/9/21. Poured at 55°. Strong coffee nose, bitter roast delicious. Not much going on today, the forecast is sunny and mid 70s. Maybe we’ll take the dogs to the dog park. Cheers and have a fantastic Friday y’all!

 

I read that Bells will release a chocolate Expedition this year. I hope it will get distributed and is not just an Eccentric Café release.

 

Good morning BA's, @dcotom has gotten us off to a great Friday start. It's a nippy 20 degrees F in North Georgia this morning. Yep, we do have to grab our coats and scrape ice off the windshields starting this time of year. Fortunately, we're only in for a couple of months of this nonsense before it's grilling weather again! weight exercises to reduce breast size

-6° here this morning. My morning coffee is actually coffee. Day off today, so it's a long weekend. Supposed to reach a balmy 4° today, so I'll be back later with whatever beer is lurking in my beer fridge. The weight exercise thing at the bottom of my photo was added on by postimages. I usually delete any add ons, but figured if anyone out there needed to reduce breast size they could check it out.

 

It's 25 degrees outside but the Sun is shining and I'm having a Bud.

Yep, that's first class German Dunkel! If you can find Weltenburger Kloster Barock Dunkel (and you've not already tried it, of course), that's another world class Dunkel to add to your must try list!

 

Half day of work is enough on this chilly day. One could get used to these extended weekends, especially when the snow was light enough the wind cleared the sidewalks.
