    I'll join you brother, same here. Damn insomnia. Probably too much beer for me last night, woke up sweating at 4 a.m. Dammit.

    Ugh, that's the worst. Haven't had one of those in years, probably the last time I had the flu. I can usually get to sleep, but when the insomnia hits, it's usually just a way early wake up call. Time to plan for a nap!

    Same as @eppCOS but a real and actual insomnia as you describe is fortunately long memory for me.

    Bad sleep still happens, this week especially. woke up before 10am this morning, this feel good.

    Time for a siesta man!

    Good morning BAs! Mrs. Z can’t sleep, so I feel for you guys… Most nights I sleep like a rock…and usually arise before the sun…the dogs have been walked and fed, and the kitchen cleaned - coffee time - joining @mschrei with this gem - Café Deth Coffee (2021):

    Poured at 53°. World class BBA coffee stout. Revolution makes great beer, I only wish distro made its way to SWFL.

    It should hit about 80° again here today. More garage cleaning and holiday un-decorating also in the forecast. Cheers and have a superb Sunday y’all!

    I had several of these before I noticed the misspelling of Mittelfruh on the label. I know that there are certain ways around an umlaut, but rearranging the majority of the letters within a word is not one of them. What a delicious lager though.

    I thought I might be even though Ive had it and had the booster. I tested myself with home rapid tests twice over the last few days and both were negative. But I was up reading all night and read these are 50% accurate with the new variant and that swabbing the back of the throat is the most accurate way to test. In any case this is nowhere near as bad as when I had it before. More like a bad cold. And im feeling better even after no sleep.
