    Maybe it's because I'm drinking black coffee at the same time, but this tastes wayyyy too sweet for my personal preferences. It's not terrible, just incredibly sweet.

    My attempt wasn't so great, but I want to recreate more Belgian dishes and pair them with Belgian beers. Their cuisine looks pretty good. I was reading about it the past few days.

    I hate to say it, but most American versions of classic European styles aren't nearly as good as the European ones. They're undercarbed, or too thin, or too hoppy, or too boozy. It's always something. Which is understandable, but still. Boulevard, sometimes Ommegang and Allagash are the only American-Belgian breweries I would return to multiple times.

    Thrilled to break out the Leviathan glass for this, brewery only release.
    Delivered from a friend who went up to Windsor for this and the Imperial IPA
    Both from the original series
    As good as I remember.
