    ---

Marginally antiquated by 2yrs (1.5+ from the release) to amplify that soft – countrified – SFB stature = A slight unstiffening, of freshly picked (doughnut) peaches, to mend the complexities within yeast, as eugenols calmly interact with multifaceted acetates

Correspondingly, esters complement the bittering hop effect within the oaked cropped lands, as silex & brine denote mineral compounds. The approach is country ripened amid the environmentally rustic grains, of soft/doughy malt backgrounds, and characteristically smart on the matured acidic levels. To that end, a delicate surface that’s energetically clean with a polite sharpness on waned peach tannins, while elongating an attenuated finish

The oxidative state is kept in scope, from the caressed decant, which is keen on elevating Oloroso Sherry with a bit of almond nuttiness to Crazy horse leather. In turn, a denotation for dry ethyl inserts to the more phenolic interests, beyond the withering peach harvests -

They had a mini-poll at the end of December (re: tasting room), which may not have much merit. Regardless, curbside is back up with that usual flair & believe Dan is working on a new country beer

…maybe little traction, but couldn’t go a year without a Suarez thread

I really wish they would take Leifer off of their website. I missed the 2021 release, and everytime I go to the site it's sitting there saying "sold out" just taunting me.

I don't have half the eloquence of M-Fox, but this is fantastic. Suarez's country beers truly are in a class of their own.

Any word on if in-state shipping will ever be a reality? I'd be all over that...

Oh I’m 100% indoors haha. Staying in Kingston for the long weekend, large window for enjoying the view while lying in sweatpants

Evening sip now that the snow has started - truly fantastic sour cherry flavor (jolly rancher in a good way), bit of funk, pleasantly tart

    11 now.

I'm drinking my bottle now. It starts off really bright like most Suarez beers and has this very herbal finish. The finish is a lot different from what I usually expect from Suarez, but it's a really interesting beer. I like it, but can definitely see this being a YMMV kind of thing.

For the record, I have no idea what dragon balm or woodruff are.

I had to look that up; it is more explicitly Moldavian Dragonhed/Moldavian Balm:

“Moldavian Dragonhead (Dracocephalum moldavica) is a rare, multipurpose, and incredibly beautiful annual plant that produces a much-desired essential oil. This essential oil is actually similar to Melissa Essential Oil (Melissa officinalis). They even share a similar nickname! Melissa is commonly known as Lemon Balm, and a common name for Moldavian Dragonhead is Moldavian Balm.”

With ‘dragonhead” being part of the name it sounds like a good ingredient for:

Tap room is unlikely to happen anytime soon, but there is a possibility for onsite pleasure via outside patio

…would like to see Dan push for 6: a testament of staling + peak

Drank my last bottle of Local Boy from Dec 2019 the other night. Absolutely fantastic in a simplistic way. Wish I had another.
