    Thanks. It’s an Alsatian “Flammekueche”

Just Google it for the ingredients, like most everything it can be homemade.

A day off due to extreme cold calls for a few beers. Starting off with a Fat Heads Head Hunter IPA (Simcoe, Centennial, Ekuanot, Mosaic, Citra, Chinook). Found this at a touch over 3 weeks old today, so had to pull the trigger. Probably the best readily available IPA around me.

Enjoying this Elysian Full Contact Imperial IPA. If crushed fairly fast whilst cool there's no alcohol in the nose or taste. Very groovy! Feels good. Cheers!

second post work beer this week with some beans and rice. Talk of snow has a possibility of early day Friday and late start Saturday overnight for some full overtime. Oh public works.

Ive seemingly fixed my months long stomach issues with a dietary change and I’ve set a personal goal and starting next week I will be on a strict weight cut I’ve already planned out the diet and workout plan. I will drop below 200lbs before I’m 30 if it kills me. I’ll be on track and hope to lose 75 lbs. So planning on some beers while I can and set my start date for Monday I’ll cut for three weeks then cruise on better habits. I will still drink some beers assuming I’ll gain a bit back in that process but if I could pick one thing I won’t give up it’d be beer so that’s my vice and choice

I spent the late morning, early afternoon slaving over a hot stove making a pot of Cuban Black Bean soup, I don't have an instant, air fryer or any of that other high tech crap. Rewarding myself with a reuben sammich, 'tater salad and a Hibernation Ale from Great Divide, another beer lost to us midwesterners by the.....

Full winter mode here in CT, need some of @ZebulonXZogg soup to pair with this beer ASAP.

A very in-your-face beer, BIG piney, raw hop bitterness woven around some roasted malts & dark cocoa notes

Good afternoon, advocates. Settling in with a DDH King Sue from Toppling Goliath. Much, much better than the regular King Sue I had the other day. Cheers!

You can do it brother! Peel back those meals & such to suit your needs. Less of certain foods actually is more because everyone's metabolism is they're own. An active lifestyle is a very very groovy thing. I'm over 56 yrs old, 5' 6" and weigh 160. I get a bit more slim in the summer but since I found a food path & exercise thang that works for me, and that's the key...find what works for you...beers can be had without guilt. My saying to myself to this day is: "I gotta earn my beers." It works!! Cheers!
