    One more before I sear these beautiful strips in cast iron after a 2 hour bath a 120°. Its actually snowing harder here now. Tomorrows gonna be quite the cleanup, though my idea is to use the leaf blower first. I have have a heavy duty backpack one. [​IMG] [​IMG] [​IMG]

    Theres actually a cover over the chairs so not a true indication of how much snow there is. Its one of my favorite places to sit and strum the guitar. Faces west so the sun sets there.

    This is my favorite of the three 'Not A Speck of Light ' beers offered from Verboten. It's a heavy hitting beer. I don't see any need to add things like cinnamon or mocha like the other varieties do. The relative simplicity of an imperial American stout with some judicious bourbon barrel aging is wondrous enough.
