Keeping Together is the lady from Half Acre i think. supposed to be stellar saisons.

 

Keeping Together is fantastic. One of my favorite saison brewers. Definitely worth checking out.

 

Yazoo will be Embrace the Funk, their wild/sour line.

Averie Swanson is Keeping Together. Former head brewer at Jester King then started the Keeping Together project.

 

so does she not have any affiliation with HA then?

 

She does/did. You covered it so I didn’t add it. The beers were brewed/stored/sold out of Balmoral I believe. I say did, as I think she’s made it known that she is exploring a new venture.

 

Adding to the pile, KT is absolutely fantastic. Averie's an expert magician at weaving yeasts and cultures into incomprehensibly beautiful flavors without knocking you upside the head with phenols or acidity.

Some of the best saisons I've ever had.

 

This is where I’m leaning, but the “worry” is that if breweries are going to be only bringing one beer again, how many opt for a saison over stout/BIL?


I want it all.

 

I’m cool with just having Content Moderator as a palate cleanser again.

sounds like this isn’t a package by the wording.

 

I do hope this is the case. I hate that the packages are still a thing after they are open 7 days a week between both locations now.

 

they know people are going to buy them so it’s hard to fault their game plan or logic. but with this being a new, non-BA stout (that also has a tough, or at least divisive, adjunct in it), i could see how they might opt out of packaging it.

 

Plus it was an expensive non-BA beer to begin with.

 

they dropped ambiente by itself too. would be cool if they did the same with this guy

The Brewery had a bottle of Flambe sitting out on their retail shelf well into the day last Saturday. I guess no one else tried to buy it except me, because they pulled it off the shelf after I asked for it

Any members had it? How is it? I've honestly never had any banana additive stouts, though I know I've seen them around.
