    Good afternoon BA's, a rainy mid-50's day in Western NC. Da Boss is punishing me for not bringing her back anything from my beer run earlier today, the punishment in the form of some very girlie music and some silent treatment :grimacing:
    Today's first choice is part three of the Wicked Weed pastry stout four-pack. Have to say this one is the best so far as the adjuncts are better blended and not overwhelming.

    Hey BA's

    Got another hike in, had a reprieve from this mornings rain for a bit - only got rained on slightly towards the end of our 2 miler....really slippery and icy on the trail and the river up very high with the rain and warmer temps melting snowpack....

    ...TRVE does make some very fine beers, noted for their sours and mixed culture beers but also make some outstanding traditional styled beers, too...I assumed you were fine with this style, and doubly glad you like it...!!!...

    Good afternoon, advocates. I'm like halfway through this glass and it just dawned on me that I forgot to post. So, yes, I'm still drinking this right now. Essential Juice from D96. It's good, but they certainly have better in their portfolio. Cheers!

    ...there was a time years ago when To Øl beers were more common to find in my part of Colorado...sadly, I hardly see anything now...every time I check their web site, I drool for some of their latest beers...one day, I'll return to Europe (lived in Germany for five years - '86 - '91), this time with Mrs. BeerGoot (who would love to visit France), and hopefully I'll get to explore some new (to me) northern European beers again...

    Had our beer zoom today instead of Friday since I'm out until next Weds - AMEN! Had a Wrench during the Zoom, now having this - canned 1/24/22. Nectar Blast DDH IPA, very good!
